In-Person Bidding is available for all scheduled Auctions. Absentee Bids are accepted at all scheduled Auctions but must be submitted no later than 6pm the day before the Auction. Phone Bids may be accepted for select items at the sole discretion of Hal Hunt Auctions and must be arranged by 6pm the day before the Auction. Online Bidding: Only our select Auctions identified as Hal Hunt Auctions - 301 will be available for online bidding at Hal Hunt Auctions on Live Auctioneers (click link when available). All online bidders must register online to participate no later than 2 hours prior to the Auction.
Buyer's Registration Contract
To submit an Absentee Bid or Phone Bid you will need to complete and sign a Buyer's Registration Contract, as shown below. The Terms and Conditions of our Auction are within the contract. Please take a moment to review these. We will assign you a bid card. If attending the Auction you will check in at the office and will sign the Buyer's Registration Contract and be assigned a bid card number. All Dealer's must have a current copy of your resale tax identification number for sales tax exemptions to apply and provide a copy before bidding.
